Core Responsibilities
- Project Management - The Project Coordinator will work in close collaboration with the Banks Project Manager to support the smooth execution of project activities.
- Infrastructure & Application Support - Support a selection of locally hosted infrastructure and applications with on site and/or remote support to ensure that infrastructure is supported and maintained with latest updates and upgrades as required coordinating with other Bank teams.
Skills and Competencies
- 5 years of experience in Infrastructure and Bank specific applications
- Proven experience in providing technical support for Servers network regulatory applications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Regulatory Applications (Bank specific)
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts to provide continuous support.
