1. Ensure production comply with hygiene standards and GMP
2. Conduct daily in line inspection adhering to ISO22000 inclusion of CCPs OPRPs and
SOP
3. Ensure finished goods samples are collected and conduct sensory evaluation
4. Manage companys food safety management systems to ensure product quality and
safety
5. Work with production and other departments to identify and problem solving
6. Investigate customer feedback
7. Ensure documentation and records are compiled and organized properly
8. Handling of ISO documentation ISO audits Internal/External audits and Halal audits
9. Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
1. Diploma/Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology or related fields
2. Knowledge in GMP/ HACCP / MUIS / ISO22000
3. Able to work in fast-paced environments
4. Good analytical communication and problem-solving skills
