Job Summary

American Association for Continuous Education (AACE)
AACE is looking for a highly experienced District Sales Manager with a strong medical/pharmaceutical background to lead our Indoor Medical Sales team drive growth and support the achievement of ambitious business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to meet monthly and yearly sales goals.
Supervise and support Team Leaders Senior Medical Representatives and Medical Representatives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from CME courses for doctors.
Analyse sales data and KPIs and present performance reports to management.
Train coach and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
Coordinate with and support the Sales Manager in business planning setting targets designing commission schemes and managing yearly performance evaluations and appraisals for the sales team.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales including 2 years as a sales Supervisor or District Manager.
Strong understanding of the medical field in general with CME industry experience being a strong plus.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to prepare performance reports.
Strategic mindset able to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Proficiency in English and MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
Location: Must be based in or willing to work from Nasr City and Dokki offices.
