Senior Manager Strategy Consulting (Financial Services & Energy)
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for problem-solving and business growth Do you have a proven track record in strategy consulting and are you eager to shape the future of the financial services and energy sectors We are seeking a Senior Manager with at least 8 years of experience in strategy consulting fluent in either French or Dutch to join our prestigious client and drive high-impact transformations.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager you will play a critical role in leading and delivering strategic initiatives that help clients navigate complex industry challenges. Your responsibilities include:
- Driving impactful projects within the financial services and energy & utilities industries helping clients tackle their most pressing business challenges.
- Collaborating with Partners and Directors to develop hypotheses create strategic roadmaps and align project objectives with business goals.
- Providing clients with a forward-thinking perspective on key strategic issues anticipating industry shifts and identifying opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Helping clients craft and execute their strategies defining high-priority initiatives and projects that drive business growth.
- Leading strategic engagements including defining project approaches managing stakeholder relationships and guiding project teams.
- Engaging with C-suite executives leveraging a combination of creativity data-driven insights and deep industry expertise to shape critical business decisions.
- Translating complex analysis into clear compelling recommendations presenting findings through both written reports and executive-level presentations.
- Building and nurturing relationships between clients and project teams fostering collaboration and trust.
- Developing and mentoring junior team members providing guidance coaching and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
To excel in this role you should bring:
- 8 years of experience in strategy consulting ideally within the financial services and/or energy & utilities sectors in Belgium.
- A deep understanding of the Energy & Utilities space with a passion for driving industry transformation.
- Fluency in French and Dutch with strong English communication skills.
- A strong background in business growth strategies operational improvements and transformation initiatives.
- The ability to lead and inspire teams manage high-profile projects and engage with senior executives.
- A data-driven mindset with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities capable of articulating insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively.

Required Skills:
Masters degree in Business Engineering Innovation Strategy or other relevant degree. A minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy consulting telecommunications or a related -depth knowledge of the telecommunications sector including technology trends and market dynamics. Strong analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional communication negotiation and client-facing skills. Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling. Fluency in English Dutch and French.
