As an Early Years Educator youll be the heartbeat of your playroom nurturing curiosity creativity and confidence in every child in your our fast-paced ever-evolving environment youll bring the N Curriculum to life through play learning and meaningful connections. Its a chance to shape young minds while developing your own career through industry-leading training coaching and resources.

What youll be doing

Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
Support smooth daily routines from mealtimes to naptimes
Create and implement development-focused activity plans
Carry out observations assessments and planning for your key children
Build strong trusted relationships with children and families
Ensure your classroom is a safe clean and engaging environment at all times
Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
Be a positive role model collaborate motivate and share your ideas

Our Early Years Educators should have...

Experience working with children in an early years environment
Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
Confident communicator with a love for customer service
