PMO Programme Planner
Location: BSN01
Your role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Plannerto be responsible for coordinating and planning all work across a large Account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning within a large programme or across several projects project management methodologies excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive Level 0 project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation in collaboration with the Project Managers and other key stakeholders (eg Programme Manager).
Coordinate project activities and ensure that all project tasks are tracked with any updates completed in a timely manner.
Identify and escalate any conflicts or issues in project plans that arise during the project lifecycle.
Support the conduct of risk assessments and help highlight mitigation strategies to minimise project risks against the project plans.
Review the project highlight reports (PHRs) to ascertain progress against the project plans and escalate risks & issues to the Programme Manager on a regular basis.
If requested to collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects engineers etc. to ensure project success.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements:
Proven experience working as an IT Programme Planner or in a similar role.
Detailed working knowledge of Project Web as a planner in a portfolio role
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Waterfall.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
