The DigitalSales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue generation and fostering customer engagement within the organisation. They are responsible for achieving sales targets upselling higher-value products engaging customers through various communication channels providing feedback on sales promotions and campaigns adhering to established processes monitoring sales performance and managing relationships with selected VIP clients.

1. Achieve Sales Targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.
- Regularly review performance against goals analyze trends and adjust strategies as needed.
2. Upsell Higher-Value Products
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell premium products or services to existing customers.
- Apply persuasive selling techniques to clearly communicate the value proposition.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs to drive upselling.
3. Engage Customers Across Multiple Channels
- Proactively connect with customers via chat calls emails and other channels to address inquiries share product information and offer personalized recommendations.
- Build rapport to enhance satisfaction and loyalty fostering long-term relationships.
4. Provide Feedback on Sales Promotions and Campaigns
- Collect customer feedback on promotions campaigns and product offerings.
- Share insights and recommendations to improve promotional strategies based on customer responses and market trends.
5. Adhere to Sales Processes
- Follow established sales protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of activities interactions and transactions using CRM systems or designated tools.
6. Handle VIP Clients (SE2)
- Cultivate strong relationships with key VIP clients delivering personalized attention and exceptional service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a seamless experience.
Skills for Success
- MinN/O/A Level bonus if have Diploma in any discipline
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Comfortable to work on occasional Saturdays (will be compensated with off-in-lieu)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.
- Prior experience in sales preferably in a similar industry is advantageous.
