Job Summary
As a Geek Squad Appliance Delivery Technician youll be responsible for the delivery installation repair and removal of electronics with a primary focus on the appliance category. You will help ensure the customers needs are met during your visit to their home. Youll provide our customers with a service that exceeds expectations by handling appointments with care asking the right questions to enhance their experience and providing prompt follow-up for recommendations. Internally we refer to this role as an Appliance Agent.

- Take the lead on two-person jobs and perform other work alone
- Provide a seamless customer experience by advising and fulfilling lifestyle recommendations regarding products services and content.
- Provide a variety of fulfillment duties including delivery installation integration networking and repair of consumer electronics devices with a primary focus on appliances
- Completes fulfillment of intermediate to complex work
- Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents process paperwork and payment provide feedback and training opportunities and complete in-store repairs
Basic qualifications
- 6 months experience in sales delivery installation or repair
- Current valid drivers license
- Have and maintain a driving record which meets Best Buy safety standards (e.g. minimal number of violations/accidents etc.)
- Ability to lift weight up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and up to 150 pounds as part of a team with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Acquire and maintain any state or local licensing as required within 90 days of hire
Preferred qualifications
- Customer service experience including resolution of complex issues
