Description

As aLead Administrative Assistanthere at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our corporate functions. Your expertise will be essential in managing schedules coordinating meetings and facilitating communication across various departments.

You will report directly to our Chief Compliance Officer and youll work out of our Charlotte NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our corporate operations by streamlining administrative processes and enhancing communication within the organization.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage executive calendars scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements to optimize time management.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6 years of in an administrative support role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint to create and manage documents and presentations.
  • Experience with calendar management and travel coordination demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures ensuring efficient operations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
