Job Summary:

Sea Breeze Food Service is seeking a dependable safety-focused CDL Driver to join our distribution this role you will play a key part in delivering high-quality food products to our customers on time and in excellent condition. Our ideal candidate is customer-service oriented takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe vehicle and represents the Sea Breeze brand with professionalism on every route..

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with federal state and company regulations
Load unload and deliver food products to customer locations according to scheduled routes
Provide excellent customer service including resolving delivery issues and maintaining positive relationships
Conduct pre-trip en-route and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment
Maintain accurate delivery logs invoices payments and related documentation
Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or mechanical issues immediately
Assist warehouse team as needed with loading staging or organizing products
Represent Sea Breeze Food Service in a professional manner at all times

Qualifications:

Valid CDL Class A or Class B (with air brake endorsement) license
Clean motor vehicle record and ability to meet DOT requirements (This is needed before an interview can be scheduled. Please email a recent copy of your MVR to )
Previous route delivery or food service distribution experience preferred
Ability to lift push and pull up to 75 lbs and operate hand trucks/pallet jacks
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work early mornings or overtime as needed
Reliable punctual and committed to safety and quality service
