We need trained and licensed counselors and therapists to help make a difference for our communities as we face mental health and substance abuse challenges in Ohio.

What do you need for this opportunity A Masters degree in Social work or Clinical Counseling with an LISW / LPCC or higher valid in the state of Ohio.Five (5) years post-licensure counseling work experience with documented supervision. Previous work experience in community behavioral health is preferred. Applicants must have their independent license in order to be considered for the opportunity.

Youwill regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office our HRIS EHR and other online systems with multiple logins often simultaneously. We supply all the equipment that youll need to be successful.


How youll make a difference:

  • You can help make a difference for communities by providing a range of assessment and mental health counseling and therapy to children adolescents adults and families. Help your clients in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement.
  • Make an impact with your clients by providing crisis intervention and emergency services as the needs arise and develop treatment plans with your clients. You will also record your clients progress complete client instruments and maintain necessary records and files.
  • Maintain a strengths-based approach while working with your clients. You will also establish a mutually respectful relationship and implement interventions that are necessary to meet the needs of your clients in a team based environment.
  • Complete referrals to other agency programs or external service providers as deemed clinically appropriate.
