Our Europe operations are located in London and Dublin and are part of our Global Banking & Markets (GBM) business. GBM provides a full range of investment banking credit and risk management products and services relevant to the financing and strategic development needs of our clients.
Our products include debt and equity financing mergers & acquisitions corporate banking institutional equity sales trading and research fixed income products derivatives energy foreign exchange and precious metals. We also cross-sell the full range of wholesale products and services offered by the Scotiabank Group.
Programme Overview:
Scotiabank offers an exciting opportunity to join theLondon-based HR team with a focus on the Global Banking & Markets division of a global bank headquartered in Canada commencing in June 2026.
This rotational 10-week internship is designed to give you hands-on experience across the full HR lifecycle in a global banking environment across London and Dublin.
Youll work alongside specialists in Talent Acquisition HR Business Partnering HR Operations Reward (Compensation & Benefits) and HR Governance gaining exposure to best-in-class HR practices and contributing to projects that shape our talent strategy and employee experience.
You will gain a broad exposure to different HR disciplines support real projects learn best-in-class HR practices and contribute ideas that shape the future of our talent strategy early careers pipeline and employee experience to accelerate your learning and skill development. 2 weeks of the rotational programme will be based in our Dublin office.
