The Role:
We are seeking a Process & Workflow Analyst to support the documentation of complex As-Is processes design streamlined and system-ready To-Be workflows and act as the primary onsite contact for the client throughout a 6-month transformation engagement.
This role is fully onsite in Cobh County Cork (5 days per week) and requires strong analytical skills excellent communication and the ability to translate business processes into clear structured documentation. The consultant will work closely with our lead architects and programme team while managing day-to-day interaction with the clients Design function and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Discovery & Documentation
Conduct onsite workshops interviews and shadowing sessions to capture existing As-Is processes.
Document workflows clearly using diagrams swimlanes and structured process notes.
Identify bottlenecks inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
2. To-Be Process Design (with guidance from senior team)
Translate the As-Is understanding into simplified scalable To-Be workflows.
Map process steps hand-offs ownership and lifecycle transitions.
Ensure future-state workflows align with system capabilities (e.g. or similar).
Collaborate with the TIL solution architect to validate design decisions.
3. Onsite Client Liaison
Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for questions clarifications and day-to-day coordination.
Maintain clear communication with client stakeholders and ensure alignment during workshops and working sessions.
Escalate risks decisions or blockers to the TIL Delivery Manager as needed.
4. Project Support & Documentation Management
Maintain accurate documentation of processes decisions and progression.
Support preparation of design packs process blueprints and sign-off materials.
Assist with QA validation for proof-of-concept workflows built by the clients Platform Builder.
Desired Experience & Skills
1 years of experience in business process analysis workflow documentation operations PMO or similar roles.
Strong skills in tools such as Miro Lucidchart Visio or equivalent workflow mapping platforms.
Comfortable running workshops and speaking with subject matter experts to extract workflow details.
Strong communication organisation and stakeholder-facing skills.
Ability to break down complex unstructured processes into clear repeatable workflows.
Familiarity with work-management or workflow platforms (e.g. Asana Jira Smartsheet) is an advantage.
