What youll be doing
As the Senior Manager Business Intelligence & Reporting CAM you will primarily be responsible for analyzing and reporting on key collections performance across early mid and late-stage collections operations. You will work directly with business leaders across Collections and Risk to compile analyze and report data providing critical insights into trends performance evaluation and the fluctuation of monthly collections numbers. Your insights will directly influence collections strategy ensuring that we optimize recovery rates while minimizing losses.
You will lead a team responsible for compiling and analyzing collections data offering actionable insights to optimize collections processes. You will also evaluate and assess the effectiveness of multiple collections initiatives including champion-challenger campaigns ensuring data-driven decision-making that improves overall collections performance. The role involves providing ongoing performance evaluations for various initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvements based on analytical findings.
