Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Benin City Nigeria. As a key member of our sales force you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients in Benin City and surrounding areas
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline and forecasts
  • Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments
  • Attend trade shows conferences and networking events to generate new leads

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in sales with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a customer-focused approach
  • Knowledge of local market trends in Benin City and surrounding areas
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
