Responsibilities
Provides support services to severely emotionally disturbed or disabled adult behavioral health clients in order to meet the individual needs of the clients to coordinate treatment to assist the client with achieving the best possible functional level to maximize symptom self-management and to enhancing quality of life and recovery. Provides leadership in the recovery model for staff at all levels.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
1. Masters degree from an accredited program in Social Work Psychology Counseling or related mental health discipline with an emphasis on clinical experience.
2. Three years experience past Masters in the mental health field.
3. Licensed as a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
4. Must be CPR certified.
PREFERRED:
1. Prior clinical experience providing outpatient mental health or inpatient psychiatric services.
