Your responsibilities include assessing respiratory status initiating or adjusting ventilator support conducting airway clearance therapies administering prescribed inhaled medications and interpreting arterial blood gases. Youll monitor patient progress document care plans and participate in rounds with physicians and nursing staff. Youll educate patients and families about devices and therapies to empower self-management.
