Applicants for this position will be considered for Teach Learn Tech Specialist I and Teach Learn Tech Specialist II titles. This title is determined by the experience and qualifications of the finalist.
Completes initial edits reviews and updates of existing instructional materials (15%)
Assists with providing basic training and technical support to learners in settings such as classrooms labs clinics and distance learning mediums (10%)
Provides support for faculty development and engagement programs and activities (5%)
Assist in inventory procurement management and disposal of fixed and fresh samples for student labs and active learning sessions. (May include animal cadavers body tissues and specimens such as animal feces parasites bacteria fungi blood urine) (5%)
Assists with the design and development of multimedia learning materials (5%)
Provides support for collecting organizing interpreting and disseminating data to identify instructional program needs and enhance effectiveness (5%)
Analyzes tests troubleshoots resolves issues and provides feedback regarding learning technologies (5%)
Classroom microscope maintenance and care (5%)
Maintain lab spaces at both the School of Veterinary Medicine and offsite facilities including ensuring that supplies and spaces are in date inventoried and clean (5%)
Assists with the design and development of engaging effective learning experiences which may be face-to-face blended and/or online (15%)
Contributes to researching designing and/or acquiring learning resources technologies materials and/or processes to support learning (15%)
Provides consultation training and/or support for learning technology tools and platforms (10%)
