Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Leader to join our leadership development team. This role is designed for individuals with strong ambition a passion for learning and the drive to develop essential leadership and operational skills. As a Trainee Leader you will work closely with senior team members contribute to ongoing projects and take part in a structured growth program aimed at preparing you for future leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks across multiple business functions.
Support senior leaders with project planning strategy implementation and performance tracking.
Participate in leadership development sessions and internal training programs.
Contribute ideas that enhance team efficiency workflow and organizational growth.
Collaborate with different departments to understand internal processes and build cross-functional skills.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism communication and problem-solving in all tasks assigned.
