Leadership Development Associate

You will play a key part in assisting with strategic planning facilitating leadership programs and providing organizational support that aligns with our mission. Responsibilities

• Assist in designing coordinating and implementing leadership training programs and development initiatives.

• Contribute to organizational improvement projects through research planning and collaboration with internal teams.

• Support leadership assessments progress tracking and performance-focused initiatives.

• Help prepare program materials presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.

• Participate in workshops strategy sessions and team meetings to support ongoing learning and development goals.

• Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the success of leadership programs.
