Commercial Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and flexible work environment. As a Commercial Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in marketing and broker work taking the lead on negotiations and managing accounts independently. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80000 - $95000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health dental and vision insurance
Responsibilities
- Manage marketing and broker activities for middle to larger national market accounts with a focus on social services healthcare and assisted living sectors
- Take ownership of small accounts working independently without an Account Manager
- Lead negotiations and ensure successful outcomes for clients
- Collaborate with the social services team and other departments to deliver exceptional service
- Utilize AMS 360 and ImageRight software (preferred but not required) to manage accounts and documentation
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency setting
- Licensure/Designations: P&C (Property and Casualty) required
- Strong understanding of marketing and broker work with the ability to handle accounts independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive self-motivated and able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Local candidates preferred with the ability to commute to the office regularly
