Job Summary
Overview

Job Skills / Requirements
Starting Pay$ 24 dollars per hour
Swing Shift:
Interested Call or text lindsey @
- Welcoming potential guests and visitors as they arrive.
- Grant access to authorized persons to enter property
- Follow after-hours access protocols
- Monitors entrances and exits using CCTV systems.
- Maintain detailed written records and other documentation
- Investigate and prepare reports on accidents incidents and suspicious activities.
- Respond to requests from management in a timely and expeditious fashion.
- Watch for irregular and or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazard.
Requirements - Heavily Encouraged to have Commercial highrise secuirity experience (6 months to 1 year)
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- ALWAYS possess a friendly and bright demeanor while on duty.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Multi task and problem solve taking initiative and having a can do attitude
- Able to effectively work independently or within groups.
- Computer proficiency is a MUST
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Associates Degree
Certification Requirements (All)
Valid Guard Card
