Service Owner – Load Testing (mf)

ARHS Group part of Accenture is currently looking for an experienced Service Owner Load Testing to join our the team onsite in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for leading and developing a corporate load testing service used across large-scale public IT systems ensuring its continuous improvement while aligning with enterprise performance quality and compliance goals.

This is both a hands-on and coordination-focused role combining service ownership stakeholder management and technical expertise in performance testing.

THE WORK:

• Lead the overall vision roadmap and evolution of the corporate Load Testing service.
• Gather stakeholder needs and translate them into service improvements and feature prioritization.
• Collaborate closely with architects developers system owners and business stakeholders across departments.
• Oversee the full service lifecycle: from design and planning to delivery and operational support.
• Guide customers in preparing and executing load testing campaigns tailored to their solutions.
• Analyze test outcomes and recommend architectural or performance improvements.
• Monitor service KPIs and drive optimizations related to scalability reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure service security and compliance in line with established standards and best practices.
• Maintain and validate service documentation including procedures specifications and user guides.
• Stay up to date with modern load testing tools and methodologies and integrate relevant industry best practices.

HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Service Owner Product Owner or similar role within IT service delivery or managed services.
• Strong background in performance and load testing solutions ideally with tools such as LoadRunner Professional LoadRunner Cloud or equivalent platforms.
• Experience designing and operating managed IT services.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers databases networks storage cloud environments).
• Good knowledge of public cloud fundamentals (AWS or similar).
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / SAFe practices and ways of working.
• Understanding of DevOps / DevSecOps principles.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.
• Structured mindset with the ability to manage roadmaps priorities and service performance indicators.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
• EU citizenship is required.
