Job Summary
Responsibility
- Maintenance of Production machines equipment for Special processes and Test equipment HT and ST Shop (Electrical Electronics & Instrumentation)
- Corrective Preventive Predictive Maintenance and TPM
Requirements - Essential
- Routine breakdown Maintenance of PLC CNC Special purpose machines in all shifts
- Lead and Guide Blue Collar Associates in all Shifts
- Knowledge of usage of SAP ERP : PMMMmodules and MS office
- In-depth Knowledge on PLC s CNCs and HMI viz Siemens Rexroth Fanuc
- Handling Software backup management of Electronic Control Systems.
- Knowledge on Assembly techniques such as Pressing and Bolting Systems
- Knowledge on Industrial Vision systems such as Bosch Neuro check Keyence and Cognex
- Knowledge on Various types of Scanners Bar code 2D Matrix scanning for Traceability application
- Use of various diagnostics tools and PG with variety of software like Rexroth Indrawork software and Bolting system Siemens S7-200300 TIA portal RS232 communication Profi communication and Vision software.
- Monitor and control Technical loss MTTR MTBF Repeat breakdowns analysis response time and cost reduction projects.
Requirements - Desirable
- Knowledge on networking IT infrastructure and
Connectivity of Machines
- Knowledge on Laser marking and welding machines machines
- Knowledge on Industrial Robots such as Fanuc ABB Staubli
Software programming configuration setting
- Hands on experience on use of backup & recovery tools
- Good Presentation and Communication skills.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical electrical electronics instrumentation)
2-5 years in Manufcturing/ Production Industry

* Advance knowledge and understanding of Mechanical elements Pneumatic and Hydraulics Electrical Electronics Instrumentation including Control systems
* Competent in dealing with I4.0 solutions and Data Requirements for Digitization AT Connected machines AI MES MAS MSS Condition Monitoring

* Expert in Diagnosis & Trouble shooting skills of machine elements
* Expert in Root cause identification & correctives Actions Machine & gauge capability
