Job Summary

Renesas central engineering group and CTO office is looking for a program manager to drive our multi-site MCU chip development.
Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the Project development for complex chips from Planning to post-silicon phase on schedule.
  • Collaborate closely across multiple departments such as Software Teams Marketing Engineering and Customers during project development
  • Deploy best Program Management Practices: Bottoms-up planning Dependency mapping Critical path analysis and Risk mitigation using industry standard planning tools such as MS-Project for Project planning and execution.
  • Monitor the Project development progress and report the status on a regular basis and escalate issues whenever needed
  • Provide regular Project updates to the Senior Management
  • Co-ordinate and Conduct Project Gate reviews
  • Ensure proper project meeting cadence is in place and with regular follow-ups on ALL Action Items to resolve any open issues

Qualifications :

 

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Business or related field with 10 years of project management experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Proven track record of managing complex programs spanning across multiple departments
  • Expertise in program management tools and methodologies (Agile Waterfall)
  • Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and drive decisions across global teams
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 including advanced skills in MS Project
  • Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
  • PMP / PMA certificate is a plus.
