WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

The People Consultant HR Operations is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle ensuring accuracy compliance and a high-quality employee experience. This role partners closely with business stakeholders People Business Partners and COEs to execute HR processes efficiently while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding employee data management job changes transfers promotions and exits.

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in HR systems (e.g. HRIS payroll inputs employee records).

  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee and manager queries related to HR operations and policies.

Background Checks & Compliance

  • Coordinate and manage background verification processes for new hires and internal movements.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies statutory requirements and audit standards.

  • Maintain documentation and support internal/external audits as required.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Hiring Managers People Business Partners Talent Acquisition Payroll and Compliance teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

  • Communicate process updates timelines and requirements clearly to stakeholders.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to automate standardize and optimize HR operational processes.

  • Drive implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency accuracy and turnaround time.

  • Support transition of new processes locations or scope expansions as required.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports dashboards and metrics related to operations SLAs and compliance.

  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Service Delivery & Governance

  • Adhere to defined SLAs and KPIs for HR operations.

  • Support governance forums by providing insights risks and improvement recommendations.

  • Contribute to a balanced workload distribution and quality checks (four-eye review where applicable).

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Experience with HRIS platforms and MS Excel (advanced level preferred).

  • Knowledge of background verification processes and HR compliance.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with exposure to automation or process optimization initiatives.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors or masters degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • 58 years of experience in HR Operations Shared Services or a similar HR role.

  • Experience working in a global or matrixed environment is preferred.
