WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

The People Consultant at SimCorp at the IC3 grade is responsible for providing support in the delivery of key HR services to employees across the organization. With typically 5-7 years of experience in HR or people services this role involves assisting with core HR functions such as employee onboarding benefits administration payroll inquiries and general employee support. The People Consultant works closely with the People Service Delivery team to ensure HR processes are efficiently executed ensuring a positive employee experience and effective resolution of HR-related issues.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Running the annual bonus cyclein Workday acting as the process lead and/or backup for related activities

  • Providingcover for the merit processwhen necessary ensuring smooth execution and data integrity

  • Supportingcommission processes including letter creation and distribution and accuracy checks

  • Performingad hoc project support such as data uploads and enrollment preparations.

  • Updating and maintainingJob Profiles Compensation Plans and Benefitsin Workday with ongoing updates throughout the year

  • Acting as thepoint of contact for compensation and other HR data requests including location analysis and other reporting needs

  • Preparingreporting and analyticsto support decision-making and compliance.

  • EnsuringWorkday data quality maintaining user guides and supporting system documentation

  • Assisting withcompliance and audit activities including accuracy checks and documentation reviews.
