What Youll Do

• Lead Corporate Banking in the EU: Execute strategic plans aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Drive Client Success: Act as the primary relationship manager for a diverse portfolio of multinational corporates.
• Deliver Results: Achieve financial targets while managing risk and compliance.
• Shape Deals: Negotiate complex transactions structure credit facilities and coordinate with global product teams.
• Ensure Excellence: Oversee credit submissions regulatory compliance and operational risk frameworks.
• Develop Talent: Mentor and grow your team ensuring succession planning and career development.

What Were Looking For

• Proven Expertise: Strong background in Corporate Banking credit analysis and financial structuring.
• Education: MBA CFA CA or equivalent financial qualifications.
• Skills: Exceptional relationship management financial modelling and negotiation capabilities.
• Leadership: Ability to inspire influence and build high-performing teams.
• Integrity: Meets Central Bank of Ireland Fitness & Probity Standards.
