Job Summary
Reporting to our Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Supervisors you will be carrying out cleaning duties to the highest standard to exceed our guests expectations. This is a casual position. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning guest rooms storage areas & corridors as allocated to the required standard.
- Ensuring guest supplies & advertising materials in guest rooms are replenished and to the correct standards for the room type.
- Carrying our programmed cleaning duties as scheduled.
- Ensuring the correct usage & storage of cleaning agents in line with health & safety regulations and manufacturers instructions.
- Ensuring all department equipment is maintained to a high standard.
Qualifications :
You will:
- Have strong attention to detail with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of team members and guests
- Be physically fit and comfortable working autonomously
