DescriptionAs aPrincipal Pricing Analyst you will lead key projects supporting the Government End Use Pricing team to identify pricing opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives. Your strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and pricing tools will enable you to perform pricing analysis and provide recommendations for pricing decisions. You will monitor and evaluate pricing performance making adjustments as needed. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
You will report directly to our Sr. Pricing Director and youll work out of our Tempe AZ location on a Hybridwork schedule.

QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance/pricing/marketing project management
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful pricing strategies
- Strong guiding and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in project management tools and software
