Role overview

The People & Culture Services is a team of 26 experts working closely with P&C departments within the Carlsberg Group. Our main responsibilities are: supporting the execution of global HR processes implementing and developing a global HR system for the whole Carlsberg Group delivering consolidated HR analytics and managing Leadership Academy training.

What youll be doing

Supporting local P&C departments using the system
Solving problems and errors related to the HR Cloud System
Acting as the contact person for queries via phone and email and troubleshooting problems with the system vendor
Ensuring continuous improvement of the system and implementing new solutions
Participating in HR projects including the roll-out of our HR Cloud system to new countries
Guiding local administrators in HR Cloud system functionality (e.g. employee central talent management reporting)
Developing a local P&C knowledge base and self-service abilities

Who were looking for

Were looking for someone who:

Has Fluent English (B2/C1)
Has working experience with HR systems (previous experience with cloud-based systems e.g. SuccessFactors would be beneficial)
Is experienced in data analysis and administration
Is an advanced user of Excel and has experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools
Navigates easily in the Office 365 environment
Is good at planning organizing and solving problems
Has great communication skills
Is service-minded/customer-oriented
Has a teamwork approach
Has worked in and enjoys working in a diverse international environment
