The opportunity
As aManager in the Business Transformation team you will play a key role in helping clients navigate complex business challenges and deliver value through strategic operational and digital business transformation. Youll lead cross-functional teams to design and implement future-ready business operating models support enterprise performance improvement and drive technology-led transformation.
Youll work across diverse industries applying your technical and leadership skills to deliver lasting change and measurable outcomes for EY clients.
This position based in Melbourne - Naarm.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead work packages independently ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client expectations
- Effectively manage and mentor teams to foster collaboration and performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Apply critical thinking and professional experience to advise clients on complex large-scale transformation initiatives
Skills and attributes for success
- Proven experience delivering transformation programs for government clients
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a track record of successfully managing teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively
