What we are looking for:

The Village Family Service Center is seeking a North Dakota Licensed Addiction Counselor who is passionate about treating addiction to join the dynamic family-like atmosphere at First Step Recovery.

The position is part-time with hours per week being at or around 20 hours per week and include day time and some evening hours. Job duties would include evening Intensive Outpatient groups treatment planning documentation and individual sessions. This position is looking for a January 2026 start window.

You will be required to have a valid in good standing ND license to practice addiction counseling. If you are a MN LADC we can work with you for ND licensure. We can also help explore gaining a ND license from other states as well.
