Job Summary

Location : Surendranagar Gujarat India

Position Title : Asst Manager/ Manager - Production

Role Overview

Position is responsible for END-to-END production/manufacturing operation developing and adhering to production schedule (monthly weekly daily). Upkeep of Hershey Asset (Autonomous and Preventative maintenance). Following up for material requirements and connectivity schedules. Ensuring product Quality as per Hershey standards controlling material variances MIS. Taking External and Hershey internal Audits

Culture building (Training to shopfloor workforce)

Qualifications

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

1. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

2. Manufacturing operations GMP & GHP practices

3. Resource planning and Asset maintenance

4. Problem Solving & Analytical Skills

5. SAP/ERP knowledge

Experience & Education

B Tech/ BE (Food Dairy Mechanical Electrical Industrial).

Must have experience in Production/ Manufacturing and Team handling/leading
