Make your mark for patients
We are looking for an Assistant to a Senior Market Access Leader who is proactive detail-oriented and collaborative to join us in our HTA & Payers team based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to a Senior Leader acting as a trusted partner to optimize efficiency. This role involves managing complex calendars coordinating travel supporting budget processes and ensuring seamless communication across teamsall while maintaining confidentiality and anticipating needs.
Who youll work with
You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams globally. Youll also engage with other assistants and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and foster a strong network within the organization.
What youll do
Act as a strategic partner to a Senior VP level Leader ensuring priorities and decisions are executed seamlessly.
Drive complex calendar and stakeholder management enabling effective leadership engagement.
Coordinate budget planning expense reporting and financial tracking ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
Lead coordination of high-impact meetings events and global travel with precision and foresight.
Prepare executive-level presentations and reports that influence decision-making at the highest level.
Champion cross-functional collaboration and foster strong networks across global teams.

For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills:
Extensive experience as a senior Assistant supporting VP level leadership in a complex cross-functional corporate environment
Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint Excel Word Teams); curiosity about digital trends.
Fluent English excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change with resilience.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
