Role specifics and benefits:
- Provide comprehensive PT evaluations develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress toward functional goals for adults and where appropriate pediatric patients.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and rehab teammates to coordinate care share insights and optimize discharge planning for safe transitions back to work and daily activities.
- Grow professionally through exposure to orthopedic neurological and geriatric rehab with opportunities to specialize pursue certifications and extend contracts based on performance and mutual needs.
