Job Summary
Title: Líder Técnico Fullstack Technology Lead Full Stack Developer
Location: Hybrid Mode (CDMX GDL and MTY)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Technical Lead. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core Angular TypeScript and SQL with experience in cloud technologies (preferably Azure) and a proven ability to lead teams and deliver scalable high-performance applications.
Mandatory:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core (6).
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for building modern applications.
- Experience with Angular for front-end development.
- Excellent SQL skills including writing optimized queries joins indexes and performance-tuned database objects.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.
- Exposure to cloud platforms preferably Azure (AWS acceptable) including components for compute serverless data stores and traffic management.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience with performance monitoring and logging tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and maintenance of scalable APIs and microservices using .NET Core and .
- Build responsive and reusable front-end components using Angular and TypeScript.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and database objects for performance.
- Collaborate with backend and data teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Implement cloud-native solutions using Azure services.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle including planning development testing and deployment.
- Ensure application security scalability and reliability.
