Serves as a subject matter and a recognized internal resource on reimbursement best practices and key performance status reports to management to keep them informed of ongoing customer service requests and and conducts follow up on area prior authorization protocols for performing ongoing reviews of customer reimbursement requests and escalating consistent and proactive communications with provider representatives and customer service staff to maximize and approves all necessary documentation required to expedite prior authorization and submits all necessary insurance forms in a timely manner as required by third-party payors for prior and trains junior colleagues in techniques processes and Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.Required Skills:
