Job Summary
The Strategic Customers Engineering team manages Oracle Cloud Infrastructures most important and fastest-growing customer relationships. These customers are building workloads on OCI that will drive Oracles growth and our mission is to ensure their success with best-in-class compute storage networking and an expanding set of AI-focused services.
We are seeking a Senior Director (M5) to join the Strategic Customers Engineering organization within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This executive role will lead a high-performing team that partners with senior executives at our top customers while driving cross-functional alignment across OCI engineering product operations and executive leadership. The Senior Director will own delivery of OCIs largest programs ensure strategic alignment with customer objectives and shape OCIs roadmap. This position can be based in Nashville TN
Responsibilities
As a Senior Director in the product development division you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $155600 to $338500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus equity and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
