Shift: Monday - Friday 0700-1500
Starting Pay: $19.00
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide customer service to all guests and vendors trying to access the property
Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits.
Provide Access control checking if the visitor is allowed on said property providing proper badges
Watch for irregular and or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
Do inventory check of the trucks within the yard.
Gate out all trucks that have left the facility and ensure that it is done within your shift.
Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot at designated intervals. Investigate and prepare reports on accidents incidents. Security guards must be able to multi-task and problem solve must possess excellent customer service and communicative skills.
Security Guard is encouraged to be Computer literate; possess basic knowledge of computer functions and how to utilize the Property Computer System training module.
Security guards must conduct patrols to ensure the physical integrity of the community by maintaining a vigilant and proactive attitude.
Security Guard must foster positive on-going relations with truck drivers vendors and visitors by constantly delivering exceptional customer service.
Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification Requirements (All)
Valid Guard Card
