Under direct supervision performs a variety of routine clerical duties in accordance with specific instructions and established work procedures.**** Please upload a cover letter indicating your specific career or academic internship interest
I. Major Responsibilities:
1. May use office equipment or computers to maintain or produce basic information in established formats or to complete forms.
2. Files and retrieves files records and documents.
3. Copies sorts collates assembles scans and/or distributes documents mail and other written materials.
4. Utilizes email computer software and/or other applications.
5. Directs phone calls to appropriate persons and records and relays phone messages.
6. Greets visitors provides basic information to direct them to the appropriate person or destination.
7. Assists others with projects.
8. Participates in performance improvement initiatives and demonstrates the use of quality improvement in daily operations.
9. Ensures compliance with health and satiety requirements with regulatory agencies such as DPH etc.
10. Other duties as assigned.

1. Complies with established departmental policies procedures and objectives.
2. Attends variety of meetings conferences seminars as required or directed.
3. Demonstrates use of Quality Improvement in daily operations.
4. Complies with all health and safety regulations and requirements.

Preferred:
Unless certification licensure or registration is required an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
Department-specific competencies including age-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments. The competencies will be maintained and attached to the departmental job managers will review competencies with position incumbents.
