Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities

compliance with AkzoNobel company policies and business principles and compliance with factory rules and regulations zero accident.

1). Participate in all mandatory training and keep knowledge on compliance up-to-date at all times.

2). Ensure all activities in compliance with the corporate HSE&S policy related Standards and Guidance Notes.

3). Carry out employee handbook and the provisions of the company.

1). To drive improvement project implementation and development in Logistics and ensure follow Global strategy and timeline.

2). To drive and monitor all logistics CI project by monthly.

3). Monthly tracking on Logistics key project status and take actions to ensure all projects going under schedule.

4). To support cross function project and offer Logistics cost analysis timely.

5). To give logistics professional guidance to other departments of company including: CI project new product launch raw material supply strategy adjustment product production and supply network remapping.

3. Drive and monitor continuous improvement projects include in HSE sustainable and operation reporting aspects.

1). To organize and set up the meeting with different cluster for logistics HSE improvement projects.

2). To support and coordinate with cross function for weekly and monthly logistics report and convert to reginal MDI.

4. Key focal point as global logistics COE to interfacing different projects such as warehouse MDI quality SOP etc.

1). As a regional logistics focal point connect to global logistic COE in different projects. For data collection meeting and promote the global idea till site implemented.

5. NA digital program development

1). Collect and understand the data / report requirements from sites base on the requirements to developing a reporting from PBI or other digital tool instead of manually make report both accuracy and effective.

Experience

1. University graduate.

2. Related working experience

3. Familiar with logistics transportation and warehouse operations

4. High level of knowledge about logistics market

5. Excellent English skills communication skills

6. Good project management skills

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office

8. High responsibility team player

9. Able to work independently
