Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Kids Program Attendant Part Time for the beautiful Barton Creek Country Club!

• Maintain active focus on all children providing caring energetic attention and consistent direction
• Communicate clearly and supportively with parents regarding childrens needs behavior and related issues
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly programs and activities planned for each level of childcare as defined for various programs
• Accurately complete procedures for registration daily sign-in/out cleanliness and safety
• Clean and sanitize toys equipment and furniture within the childcare areas
• Provide feedback to management about improvements that could be made regarding programming planning organizing and policies
• Work as a team member with the Fun Squad to provide a high level of service to members
• Attend all required meetings and staff trainings throughout the year
• SMILE and provide a positive environment for all members staff and guests
• May be asked to perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must enjoy working with children of all ages
• Must have flexibility with work schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Must be CPR/Child Infant and CPR/AED certified or must obtain certification upon hire
• Yearly Background Check

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift moderate weight (50-60 lbs)
• Must be willing to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions for extended periods of time

Working Environment:

• Indoor Kids Club childcare facility
• Indoor Ballroom
• Outdoor with exposure to hot and cold temperatures
• Frequent travel around property

Tools & Equipment:

• Microsoft Office
• Childrens play equipment
