Job Description
Omni Hilton Head is seeking a Lobby Attendant responsible for maintaining the cleanliness appearance and overall presentation of all public areas throughout the resort. This role ensures a welcoming polished and guest-ready environment at all times while delivering friendly and attentive service.
Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness of all lobby and public areas including entrances hallways elevators restrooms and guest corridors.
Dust polish sweep mop vacuum and perform general cleaning tasks to uphold resort standards.
Replenish supplies in public restrooms and ensure all fixtures are clean and functioning properly.
Respond promptly to guest requests providing courteous and helpful service at all times.
Assist in reporting any maintenance issues safety hazards or repairs needed in public spaces.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
Support the housekeeping team as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Follow all safety sanitation and cleanliness standards in accordance with resort policies.
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or public area cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to stand walk and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
This role requires regular movement throughout the resorts public spaces and interaction with guests. The Lobby Attendant contributes directly to maintaining the warm clean and inviting environment guests expect at Omni Hilton Head.
