WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM

You will join the PWR-T Spain team a dynamic group of 6 professionals based in Getxo working on semi-turnkey high-voltage underground cable projects (>132 kV). Youll report to the PWR-T Head of Projects Spain and collaborate closely with subcontractors and internal stakeholders. The role is based in Getxo with approximately 40% travel to project sites across Spain.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

As a QHSE Supervisor you will:

• Manage QHSE documentation and administrative tasks for Spain Grid projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and support them in QHSE matters.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with QHSE plans.
• Act as site supervisor when needed ensuring smooth execution of works.
• Implement and monitor quality plans safety action plans and environmental compliance.
• Report and follow up on non-conformities incidents and waste management.
• Promote Nexans policies on risk prevention ethics and internal control.

• Strong organizational skills and common sense.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Managerial skills and credibility to lead diverse teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 40% onsite).
• Degree in technical areas preferred.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to promote Nexans portfolio.
