Job Summary
A forward-thinking assisted living community is seeking an experienced LPN to join the nursing team as a Night Shift Supervisor.
In this dynamic role you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical care and coordination for our diverse resident population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor residents health status and adjust care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide clinical leadership and support to LPNs and Care Aides
- Liaise with families physicians and other healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and accreditation standards
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior care or case management role
- Strong clinical assessment critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with electronic health records and data management
- Commitment to delivering exceptional person-centered care
