Implement fall prevention strategies manage medication reconciliation ensure infection control and safety protocols and educate residents and families about health maintenance nutrition medication use and end-of-life considerations. Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting an atmosphere of respect comfort and autonomy for residents.
