Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers browsing our used vehicle inventory
Identify customer needs through effective questions and active listening
Guide customers through vehicle selection presenting features benefits and available options
Conduct test drives while following dealership protocols
Achieve sales goals set by management
Maintain strong product knowledge of all pre-owned inventory
Follow up with leads and past customers to support ongoing sales opportunities
Document all customer interactions and sales activity accurately
Review daily weekly and monthly performance to ensure progress toward goals
Requirements
Prior automotive sales experience strongly preferred (Ford experience a plus)
Proven track record of sales performance
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong negotiation and organizational abilities
High energy self-motivated and goal-driven
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
