Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with extensive experience in the automotive sector responsible for driving sales performance managing a high-performing teams and contributing to the continued growth and success of First Motors. Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed business objectives.
- Lead mentor and manage the automotive sales teams fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all daily operations of the sales departments ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Analyse market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports forecasts and performance analyses to senior management.
- Manage the departmental budget control expenses and ensure the profitability of the sales division.
- Ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our companys high standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in a senior sales management role specifically within the automotive industry.
- Demonstrable experience in leading motivating and developing a successful sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive market with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in the use of CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is highly desirable.
- A results-oriented professional with a strategic and forward-thinking mindset.
