ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Lead AI Medical Editor to join our dynamic team and set the gold standard for high-quality compliant and scientifically accurate pharmaceutical marketing content. This position will play a critical role in reviewing AI-generated content to ensure it is medically valid aligned with brand guidelines and fully compliant with regulatory standards (FDA/EMA). You will be responsible for final quality control and act as the linchpin for delivering content that meets the needs of our pharmaceutical clients ultimately shaping the future of content creation review and approval at scale in the life sciences industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the final quality-control editor for AI-generated pharmaceutical marketing content.
• Ensure medical accuracy regulatory compliance and alignment with brand and client guidelines.
• Edit promotional materials (emails brochures slide decks) for clarity consistency grammar and formatting.
• Collaborate with design copy and AI teams to maintain high-quality outputs.
• Help define editorial standards and improve AI review workflows.
• Provide guidance to teammates and contribute to documentation and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Life Sciences English or related field (medical background helpful but not required).

• 14 years of translating proofreading and editing experience; pharmaceutical marketing or medical communications strongly preferred.

• Strong command of English exceptional attention to detail and proficiency with editing tools (Word PowerPoint Adobe Acrobat).

• Familiarity with AMA style OPDP standards and MLR processes is a plus.

• Ability to work independently under tight timelines; curiosity about AI and its role in content review.

Interview Process

1. Initial screening call.
   
2. Technical assessment (23 hours) based on brand guidelines and error identification.
   
3. Final interview with the core team.
