Tasks
Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing / Project Manager focused on live already announced and launched titles. You will take ownership of the ongoing marketing lifecycle for assigned games ensuring consistent communication player engagement and structured coordination between internal teams and external partners.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in post-launch campaign management continuous content planning and ongoing optimization keeping players engaged while supporting commercial goals long after release.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all post-launch marketing activities for assigned live titles.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and keep campaigns on track.
- Own the marketing workflow ensuring organized tracking of tasks deadlines and approvals.
- Create creative briefs and supervise the production of new and updated assets
- Plan and execute ongoing marketing beats including updates patches seasonal events and promotional activations.
- Work closely with studios to understand upcoming content patches and updates to prepare corresponding marketing materials.
- Coordinate budgets and maintain oversight of all post-launch marketing expenditures.
- Monitor and report on key KPIs such as engagement reach trailer performance Wishlist trends user sentiment and long-tail sales indicators.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in marketing ideally in gaming entertainment or another digital-first industry.
- Proven experience in post-launch or live product marketing is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Skilled in creating briefs and supervising asset production.
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Confluence and MS Teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a structured reliable approach.
- Fluent English; German a plus.
- Passion for video games and understanding of the live game lifecycle.

A payment according to your personal qualifications and experience but definitely a minimum of EUR 35126.- gross annual income. This figure should be seen as a minimum a market-based competitive salary is guaranteed.
